Addison was absolutely fantastic to work with! He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and very willing to assist you with any insurance-related communication that may be necessary. I really didn't have to ask him to do much. He just took all my concerns as if they were his own. I've been in my home for 37 years and Addison is definitely on my Mount Rushmore of contractors I have worked with!
We appreciated that they were very detailed in explaining what needed to be done to replace the siding on the garage. Communication was excellent - they kept us informed regarding the project. They arrived on the day and time that had been scheduled. After the project was completed, they did a great job in cleaning up the area.
I have used Wright at Home for a number of roofing projects and found them to be diligent when dealing with a difficult insurance adjuster. The customer service, work and cleanup made the entire process extremely easy.
I also just used them to repair roof damage to my shed, install a new windows, replace siding and wrap the cedar trim that the birds were destroying. Again, the entire process, from start to finish was done very professionally with great communication and customer service. I have referred family and friends to Wright at Home and they were happy too!
