“As an HOA board member, I am so grateful to have worked with Tim Farrand and Legacy Restoration on our townhome communities' roof replacement. Our board was guided through the entire process and given reasonable expectations and detailed timelines for the whole project. We were assured that our biggest decision was going to be color selection and that truly was the only decision the board was tasked with. When the project began, there was no shortage of communication which is key in any type of home project. Tim was never more than a phone call or email away if I had a question and Caleb (the project supervisor) was always available (onsite or via phone) should I or another resident need a question answered. Many residents were impressed with the care that was taken to protect our property/landscaping and the willingness the installation crew had for accommodating anyone who needed to enter or exit their home. Each night, the crew made sure to do a thorough job of cleaning up debris and materials even if that meant doing so by truck headlights and headlamps. The entire process was stress-free and seamless from both a board member and resident perspective and I would recommend Legacy Restoration to anyone who needs roof work done. Also, five stars to Anthony and Fulcrum Consulting for taking on the task of getting this project approved with the insurance carrier!“

“The salesman was great, but never got to deal with him again. DeBella called to schedule the install, and said they would be there between 8-10am. The workers showed up at 3:30, which was awkward since nobody spoke English. The contractor showed up about a half hour later, no explanation or call for the delay, actually cancelled an appointment to be there. I said I had another meeting since you were late, they said they would stay the entire time, but once I paid the balance the contractor left immidiately. I saw the workers truck leave without any notice they were done, I was assured there would be a QA after the job was done, I guess not. Went outside, had to put furniture back, pick up nails and pieces of metal all around the house. Still have nails on the clear roof of pergola. DaBella charges quite a bit more, which we expected would include a more invested customer experience. Was waiting for a call back, and got one 2 days later to tell me they didn't have the correct product and would be out the next day to install, which I said "can I give you a little feedback". Overall, was the job done with the right product?, paid too much, customer service sucked, communication was horrible. Would I use Debella again, absolutely not. Will anything actually happen to rectify anything, more than likely not.“
