During my visit there for a side cut the first time, I was charged full priced accidentally. Shortly after I recieved a call, my next visit would be no charge. Due to miscommunication, I was charged full price again. The owner of 18/8 took his time out of a busy schedule to reached out to me and was given a refund. “I moved to Maple Grove about two weeks ago and was looking for a nail salon, I have my natural nails that I’ve been growing out for so long and just needed one of them fixed and the color changed and so I came and saw Ivy two days ago. Well, I broke one of my nails. I needed to come get it fixed today and decided to cut all of them down to prevent me from breaking them all off and I came and was saw by a girl named Jenny and she was absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend either one of those ladies or anybody at the salon! They definitely made my day ?“
