Wonderful Dr Smiley. So kind and explains things so clearly. Listens well and shows genuine concern. His nurse is efficient and knowledgeable. Front staff are well trained. My only complaint is the length of time it takes for someone to answer when calling for an appointment. I waited 40 minutes, before I gave up. Online appt. site was not working that day. Today, the wait was less, 10 minutes. I do like that one can actually get in to see a doctor. We have been going to Park Nicollet for years. Eventually to see a provider,(not a specialist), was a 2 to 4 week wait. So recently, switched and am very happy with the results. Ample parking. Clean exam & waiting room.... read full review
Had my pre op appointment here and it went fine! Dr. Corcoran was very informative and answered all the questions I had on my procedure coming up. I’m so glad I found this doctor!
Dr Kaitlyn L Ward is one of the friendliest doctors I have ever talked to. I have suffered so much pain from my calluses on my feet for many years. I went to her and she was able to actually find a solution. Her patient philosophy is spot on. She actually makes you feel like she’s your friend and you leave knowing she listened.
