Short Review:
Great turn around time, thourough assessment and mitigation of the water damage to prevent mold. Very considerate to offer advice/guidance and to answer all my questions, as this is the first time I'm dealing with water damage as a relatively new homeowner. Excellent service!

Long Review:
They responded to my water damage very quickly, although the communication from the inital phone call was not very clear (constructive feedback below). Though from a call placed at 2:30am, they were able to schedule me for a 7am appointment, so within 6hrs of discovering the leak which is a very good turn-around time. Garret was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, informative, professional and pleasant. I will definitely use service restoration in the future for my basement needs. Garrett definitely made a lasting impression and we will be asking for Garret specifically in the future for our basement needs.
