I feel really embarrassed and ashamed to share this, but I want to share to help prevent this to happen to anyone else. Please be aware! Monday evening on 11/22/21 we had Navin Uppal the President of RS Seamless Gutters give us a quote to install our gutters for us. We were unaware of his scare tactics and gave him cash up front for$500.00 as a down payment for their services and signed off on the contract provided. Immediately after he left, we felt uneasy and decided to do research. (Yes, we know we should have done our research before signing anything. We are kicking ourselves about it since.) We found out that he has been reported to the Better Business Bureau countless times due to bad customer service. We called Navin back after 10 minutes and requested to cancel our service. Unfortunately, Navin refused refunding the $500.00 cash we just handed him, stating it was a binding contract. We couldn't cancel and that he was already across town. We offered to pay for his time and for coming out, but have not heard back from him. The following day, he blocked our number. He will not pick up our calls, emails, or respond back to our voicemail messages. Today (11/24/21) we notice online the company RS Seamless Gutters coincidentally is now permanently closed. I hope our story helps as many people as possible and that no one else has to deal with this. Please be aware.

My experience working with RS Seamless and Navin Uppal has been a disaster so far Navin will give an installation date to entice a contract with receipt of deposit. Then when that installation date is not met he will give dishonest emails if he responds at all, which shows what type of a business he operates. He ignores emails, text messages and phone calls. We entered into a contract on March 7, 2021 after he said installation would be in a month or so. After that time period expired we emailed him and he responded (very rare occurance) that the supplier is delaying and materials should be in within 2 -4 weeks. After that time frame expired Navin ignored our attempts to find out status of install. In early June we had the Better Business Bureau and MN State Attorney's Office contact Navin. He told both entities that work will be done in 2-4 weeks. It is now end of August and no installation. Navin has continued to ignore our attempts to find out when installation or a refund of our deposit will occur. If this is the type of company and person you choose to enter into a contract with, Good-luck. Our experience with Navin and his company has been so far a disaster. We will see if Navin actually gives an honest email response in regards to installation or refund. As you can see by our experience with Navin Uppal and RS Seamless Gutter, be very carefull if you enter into an aggrement.
