Andrew was extremely helpful in resolving a technical issue that we were having with our internet provider. It had impacted our ability to send and receive e-mails. He not only worked with us but also our internet provider to get the issue resolved. Andrew was extremely courteous and patient and followed up to make sure everything was working properly on our laptop and also our phones. We were very pleased with the service at Premier IT!

Drew Dobbs and the Premier IT team have been excellent in every stage of our multiple transactions since we started using them six months ago. They’ve helped us through significant changes requiring hardware (and software) assistance and advice. I’m recommending them to everyone who needs IT help!
