Cindy Thrun did an exceptional job for us under what turned out to be very difficult circumstances. The sellers left for Africa for five weeks immediately after signing the sales agreement and couldn't be reached during that time to sign important amendments to the agreement. Then, after returning, they were unresponsive to our requests to negotiate a different closing date. Finally, the inspection failed to pick up a dangerous condition in the furnace and it's replacement had to be negotiated with the seller. Through it all, Cindy was very professional and made sure that our interests were protected. She is a Saint!
