My kids take pictures at school I paid for them an I only got one kid picture an that was two weeks ago now they tell me I have to wait 14days for them to send them out to I call them a week ago and still haven’t got pictures of my son so I had to call them today an the lady told me same thing the young lady told me last week but she said the lady never push it threw when I called the first time I so mad I will never let my kids take pictures with them again

They is so much wrong with this place the past 8yrs. Customer service is horrible, rarely get the pictures correct when they send them, rarely get them, overpriced, they don't even make sure they are taking a good pic, just snap and go.

I worked here during the pandemic and what a horrible company to work for… while the entire country is getting raises, this company was cutting costs by removing drive time for the employees paychecks. The management team and HR department wouldn’t assist me when employees were treating me unfairly. I couldn’t work for a company that boosts racist managers. Avoid Brandon B, Matt H, and Danielle P.
