“My ancient furnace decided to give up recently. Of course it had to be on a Sunday. I called Dean's and got an appointment for the same day. Cody arrived on time, was very polite and friendly and scoped out the furnace. He was very sympathetic and kind when he delivered the news that a major ( expensive) repair was needed. He suggested that I may want to purchase a new furnace because the repair was almost as much as the part for the old one. The best thing about the entire process is that there was no pressure, no hard sell, just several options with an explanation of each. My ancient furnace is 32 years old and the air conditioner is even older. No brainier, get the new furnace Installation was done the next day.
