I worked with Terry and Brad to get my roof and siding replaced. Their greatest value was in dealing with the insurance and ensuring the replacements were paid for. Beyond that, the work done incredibly quickly and well. The communication throughout the entire process was perfect. They had to work out a few problems, mostly with insurance. I don't believe other companies would have been able to overcome these issues. First Builders are tenacious and always had my best interests at heart.

Brad, the owner of First Builders, was very helpful with dealing with my insurance claim. He also was on-sight several of the days checking on the workers and answering any questions I had during the process. I highly recommend this company.

8/16/2018We had First Builders work on our insurance claim. The end result was awesome. It was difficult working with the insurance co. First Builders assisted us with the process and made it a lot easier, they kept us in the loop every step of the way. Their experience working with the insurance company showed, everything went a according to their plan. We highly recommend them.
