I’ve been going to this location for three years now and Samantha is TOP NOTCH. She’s quick, kind, efficient, and clean. The location itself is great and always tidy, warm, and welcoming.

EWC is perfect for your monthly waxing session. I have been waxing for over 7 years with them. I typically see Hailey at this location! I adore her! Annabeth is awesome too.
Although, experienced waxers are expected to finish quicker than the inexperienced ones which can lead to a rushed feeling service. Sometimes leaving stray hairs or even getting treated with hotter wax due to not having enough time in the service window. If EWC allowed all the waxers a sufficient amount of time for multiple services I would rate this place 5 stars.

I went to European Wax Center for the first time before my birthday to get a Brazilian! I was super nervous going in to the appointment since it was my first Brazilian ever, but Hailey made it super easy to relax and unwind. From the start of the session Hailey was super talkative and kept my mind off of the pain and just made it an amazing experience for me. She was very sweet and kept telling me I was doing great for my first time! 10/10 would recommend Hailey to anyone who is nervous about getting a wax for the first time!
