“Not enough positive things to say for this place. I went in for a consult on a red spot that had been present following acne, and I didn’t like the way it looked. I knew I had skin issues here and there, some dry patches that bugged me, but all I wanted was Dr. Pierre-Louis’ opinion on what to do with the red spot since it had been resistant to any treatments. She evaluated me and told me I had inflammation that I needed to get under control. I truly was shocked and didn’t believe her at that point, I had gone my entire life looking like this, and now for the first time I am being told I have inflammation. She was thorough in explaining cause, how to manage, and what the treatments would entail—follow her routine, return in two months to get the red spot zapped with a laser if it still hangs around. I went home and started and learned she was 100% correct and I had inflammation. Her simple recommendation and treatments changed my skin immediately. It was beyond just appearance, my skin genuinely felt so smooth and calm for the first time in my life. I returned to have my red spot removed, and due to an insurance change I was no longer covered. Dr. Pierre-Louis worked with me to make sure I could get the treatment, she did it, and it worked. Needless to say, I will be coming to her clinic regardless of my insurance coverage because she and her incredible staff are worth seeing. Dr. Pierre-Louis is a high quality doctor and person.“
