Rex Kulla, I am the owner and operator of Custom Home Inspections, LLC, I'm a fully insured certified home inspector in business for 20 + yrs as a full time home inspector. I'm very detailed in my inspection process and the reports. My report is normally done the same day and is sent by email in a pdf. It's normally 40- 50 pages long with digital photos and a summary letter. I have a thermal camera, moisture meter, Co monitor, basically all the tools needed to provide a detailed inspection. If radon testing is needed, we have sub contractors that I contact for their services. I inspect the home as if my own family members were purchasing it.
