I called about a possible water leak coming from a dryer vent on my roof. Bold North Roofing sent a representative out the very next day. Calvin Benedict had the ladders and equipment to access my roof and determine the problem. He was able to seal and then tack my shingles in place to take care of my leakage problem.
Calvin was friendly, professional, and efficient. He made me feel comfortable about calling Bold North Roofing. Calvin took pictures and was able to explain exactly what he would do to fix the problem. He answered all my questions and assured me that he would return if not completely satisfied.

Very pleased with the work done. And I must admit I was a little bit skeptical at first, but working with Jamie made the whole process go smoothly and less painful dealing with the insurance company and mortgage company. Definitely will recommend to others.
Calvin was awesome from the beginning to the very end. All my questions were answered. I didn’t feel pressured into anything. Would recommend. Now we have matching roofing for my garage and home.
