The staff at ulta is always so kind to me when I’m shopping, they are the perfect balance of helping you when you need and still giving you space to browse without feeling watched. I thought they were sold out of the shark flex style but they found one in the back for me! seriously an above and beyond team.
I usually go to Roseville to get my hair cut and styled by Molly. I needed my hair done today so I went to the Maple grove location where I was met with the stylist Ta’mera. She was AMAZING and asked me questions on what I wanted my hair to look like and how short I wanted my hair. She took her time which I LOVED because I would rather have someone take their time and do it right than hurry it up and it comes out wrong or I don’t like it. She was so genuine and we had great conversation. Definitely will be going back to her and I recommend her to anyone. ?
I was just at the Ulta in Maple Grove. I was looking for a sampler set of perfumes. I was very sad to find out that the one I wanted was no longer available (the Mother’s Day set). CAROLINA was amazing. She helped us find the perfect replacement. She went above and beyond to help. I left the store VERY satisfied, all thanks to Carolina!
