Austin is a treasure trove of knowledge about computers and computer problems. The last computer he built for me had no problems and after about six years we knew we needed to update our windows 7 since the updates will expire next year. He completely updated our computer by installing Windows 10, cleaned out the unnecessary garbage and installed the latest anti virus and malware protection. He even installed a remote control function that when activated, he helped me solve a driver function for my printer that I mistakenly downloaded.
