If you're thinking about leaving a bad review, you should think twice (Me as well). 18/8 not only promise to provide great customers service, but takes ownership as well. Customers satisfaction is their top priority. Not only do they provide quality services, the owner of the company takes his customers with integrity. During my visit there for a side cut the first time, I was charged full priced accidentally. Shortly after I recieved a call, my next visit would be no charge. Due to miscommunication, I was charged full price again. The owner of 18/8 took his time out of a busy schedule to reached out to me and was given a refund. Absolutely worth the money! I was a little hesitant when I saw the price. But after doing going there, it was 100% worth it! Nicole is absolutely amazing! She was super friendly and knowledgeable! Best haircut I’ve had in years!! Definitely will be going back and making it my new barber shop!
I almost never tried 18/8 when I saw the prices but im so glad I did. Worth every penny! After living in 4 cities and trying a couple dozen salons and barbershops in my adult life I can confidently say Karsyn provides the best experience Ive ever had getting my hair cut. In 2 years Ive never had a bad haircut. Shes super personable, and Id recommend her and this salon to anyone!
