“Where to even start?!
Our family is completely new to the area and didn’t know anyone. Chelsea and Sean were recommended to us and we figured why not give them a try.
The first showing we went to (and first time I met Chelsea and Sean) my family couldn’t attend so I brought a good friend with me (one who does not shy away from strong opinions).

Right when we returned to the car, the second we shut the door we both exploded “oh my gosh they’re amazing!!”.
Right off the bat, the good vibes were vibin’, and throughout the entire experience, those good vibes never wavered. I went home and told my family that if everyone in Mankato was like Chelsea and Sean, we made the best choice of choosing that area to move. Like what a great first impression of the area?!

I can’t believe how much they both pay attention to even the little things we’d say in passing, and remember those aspects when discussing homes.
But they didn’t just pay attention to my husband and my preferences, they even remembered aspects that were important to my children and even our dog! Just that level of consideration and care is not something you find every day.
Since we were moving from out of town, many of our showings were virtual, and they were thorough! We felt the virtual were just like being there ourselves, which saved us SO much hassle of making trips to Mankato every time a home came onto the market we had interest in.

The process of purchasing had a smoothness that was entirely because of Chelsea and Sean. They were honest and fair, understanding and transparent. And they always had a helpful and realistic attitude. Which is exactly what we needed when trusting a realtor with such a large purchase. Moving can be stressful, but having those two in our corner was invaluable.

I would recommend Chelsea and Sean all day, every day until people are sick of hearing about them. If we were ever to move again (unlikely since they helped us find our DREAM HOME), I wouldn’t even consider anyone else.
