i cannot recommend this company enough. They have been on time, informative, through, clear, concise, and i have zero worry about mold or any moisture. They call in the morning and update when they leave, what to expect, they're clean and care for your home. its absolutely amazing and im hard to please!

We had a fridge water line burst, and Premiere Restoration came out right away to help us take inventory of the damage and walk us through next steps. They were at our home for almost 2 hours answering questions and assessing what needed to be done, and they could not have been more professional, friendly, or helpful. Unfortunately, our insurance company made it very clear that if we didn't use their remediation vendor, they were going to make it difficult for us to get coverage, so we ended up using their vendor. I would highly recommend Premier Restoration. When we had a burst pipe in our home Christmas Day, Premier answered the phone and was there until 3am cleaning water out of our basement. They were with us every step of the way, from demolition, moving and restoration work. They stood by us as we struggled with insurance and helped navigate the difficulties with our extensive rebuild. Phillipe, Christian, Will and the whole crew have been with us since Day One and continue to help us in the final stages of our project.
