Professional, Clean and Patient Experience I have always had very pleasant transactions with staff, hygienists and dentists at Oz Family Dentistry and expected no less on my visit in August 2020. The atmosphere amidst a pandemic was still calm, the building and spaces clean and staff friendly and patient.
So thankful for you guys. I called last Thursday and explained that I was having horrible pain in a tooth that I had worked on a year ago by a different dentist in town. I knew you were closed and only taking emergency cases due to Covid-19. As a nurse I was working crazy hours and just trying to get by with the pain. When I called Dr. Dan answered and triaged me over the phone calling in an antibiotic to calm down the pain & swelling in the tooth which we assumed needed a root canal, and he said he could see me in a few short days! They took all precautions today and dealt with my extremely painful tooth. I’d already been dealing with the pain for a few weeks but it had finally gotten so bad I needed to call! Thank you Oz Family Dentistry - you are the best!!!
