Kelley Heating and Air Conditioning February 13th 2024 My heat went out in our house on 2/11/24 @ noon. I got home and replaced the thermostat and re wired it in. The heat still wouldn't work. By this time the Super Bowel had started already. I called Logan Sheppard with Kelley Heating and Air Conditioning and went over some things. No luck still. By 9am the next morning an employee from Logans company was at my house looking at my furnace. The heat exchange was cracked and with the furnace being 14 years old we decided to replace the entire furnace. By 2/13/24 10am i was scheduled to have the new furnace installed. The crew arrived at 830am instead and got straight to work. These guys removed the old one with efficiency and care. Cleaned up the area. Installed the new one + a new thermostat and Custom metal work to slim down the footprint. After they were all done Logan came by and went through everything with me and helped set up the thermostat etc. Explaining everything in great detail. Logan has now installed a brand new AC unit in 2022 and a brand new furnace in 2024 for me. And I couldn't be more happy with the work him and his guys put out. Fantastic job. 1. Answered a customer during Super Bowel Sunday 2. Had a guy come out the next day 3. Ordered and installed a new furnace the next day. 4. Registered the product for me and emailed me copies etc 5. Handled the rebates for me. 6. Came early and wasted zero time messing around. These guys were pros. 7. Warranty through his company as well. This was a complete hands off thing for me as a customer and thats awesome. To offer a full service/worry free for a homeowner is amazing. If anyone is looking for AC/Furnace work. This is the company you hire. Period. Best of the best.
