I recently called Erdman Carpet Care to see if they could come last minute to my parent’s house to freshen up their carpets while they were on vacation. Brent himself answered the phone, scheduled me last minute AND he was the one that did the carpet cleaning. I love this. I’ve used the big name carpet cleaners in my area and they did not come close to the good job Brent did. I wish he was in my area for when I need my carpets done again. We called and left a message. We received a return call within 24 hours and got on their schedule within 3 days, which was the day and time of our choosing. He showed showed up on time and put protection down on our wood floors before starting work. It was an easy job as we hadn't moved in yet, so the house was empty. He cleaned about 1600 sqft in half a day. He was courteous and payment was simple. We would use Erdman Carpet Care again.

I can not believe how great of job they did! They worked around our schedule and very fairly priced. The cleaning totally restored the carpet back to it's old luster. Will absolutely use them again.
