Zach came out to see why our air conditioner wasn’t working. Not only was he super kind and courteous but also helped ensure that we knew what to do in the future and solved the problem quickly and efficiently and now we also have a super clean air conditioner that will save us money on our electric bill from running efficiently. Definitely would recommend.
Joe and Zack did an excellent job of installing a new air conditioner and furnace for my parents. They were friendly, polite and neat. We gave them 5 stars for their excellent work, however they deserve 10! We highly recommend Prange.
We had a spring physical preformed by Zack. When he arrived, he explained in detail what he was going to do. Very friendly and professional. When he was finished I told him we would see him this fall for a furnace physical. Highly recommend Pranges.
