I explained what I wanted and she kept me part of the process by asking my opinion and explaining what she was going to do. I was even able to help choosing the exact color. Sandy is very personable. She made me feel comfortable and completely relaxed about my drastic change. When the foils came out and my hair was dry, it looked stunning.
