“We contacted Roark for services on our new house which needed extensive things done to it (new toilet, sink re-plumbed, removed disposal etc) making the appointment wasnt the best, they use a third party to make the appointment and the plumber calls you back. However, our plumber arrived on the date requested, the job was extensive so he did come back a second time to finish everything but the work was top tier. We werent sold anything more than what we needed and some things did come up that we werent aware needed replaced but he missed nothing. Even took the time to walk through and explain the shut off process for our pipes for winter. Its hard to find a good plumber let alone a great one and we couldn't recommend Roak Plumbing enough.“
