“Highly recommend!!!! My A/C went out the day before the hottest day in summer after I tried to fix it myself. I didn't have the proper tools. I emailed them after hours (approx 7pm) and got a response soon afterward that they could be out the next day. A tech came and quickly diagnosed the issue and got it fixed within two to three hours of testing (and they were very thorough on testing everything). The tech also advised I was low on Freon which I told them to fill it up and my A/C has been awesome ever since. The tech was very polite and even wore plastic over their boots so they wouldn't get our house dirty, even tho we didn't care cuz we have pets that shed. I want home at the time but instructed my wife to give the tech a tip due to them being extremely efficient, being extremely polite as not to disrupt her work, doing an awesome job and at an extremely low cost for the work and testing that they did. I can't say thanks enough other than this review and the tip we gave the tech for the awesome work!!!! Thank you so much!!!“

“We had an issue with our new build and Jaimie, came out himself to figure out why our AC was not working to it's capacity. He checked the actual unit and also was knowledgeable about manufacturing defects that could have affected it and fixed the piece it needed. I am so glad they didn't just brush us off and actually wanted to see what the problem was and corrected it. A true dishonest company would have taken our money to upgrade our unit as we had thought we needed to do but instead they have morals and true business practices. They have a customer for life and I would recommend them to anyone.“

“Our entire process from start to finish with Peak was exceptional and top notch.

We got a couple of quotes, including one through the membership services of a club retailer. The quote from Peak was comparable to the great membership deal, and we got better equipment!

The installation was great. Josh, Caleb, and Jason are courteous, professional, efficient, and genuinely the nicest guys.

We had a big job replacing the 30 year old furnace and AC units, and running new duct for our dryer. In the beginning of the installation day the space looked like chaos, but by the end they had the space looking awesome and in better shape than when they arrived. They gave us a great tutorial inside and out on the system and maintenance.

After buying and replacing a part, I finally broke down and called in reinforcement.Tom Schneider has entered the chat.I called him around 6:30 pm on a weeknight, and he was over to our home in Eden Prairie within 25 minutes.
