We'd been having issues with our fireplace smoking back this season and were stumped.
Element Hearth and Home arrived on time and were very engaging and were happy to explain their process along the way and answer any questions I had.
After the complete inspection inside and out I was shown the camera footage from inside the chimney and that is was clear and did not require a cleaning. After some discussion about any changes to to our place in the past couple years, I noted that we had spry foam insulation put in as well as new widows recently. I would highly recomend Element Hearth and Home. Had them clean my chimney. The experence was every bit professional, technition was fantastic explaining what he was looking for while camering the chimney after the cleaning. Very respectful of my property.
Showed up on time, very Profession and courteous. They made sure not to make a mess when cleaning. When they were done with the inspection they explained everything very well. I highly recommend.
