My wife backed into both our garage doors in one day. One wouldn't open and one wouldn't shut. They came out the next day to look and got them both most of the way functioning, keep the cats out. That was a Friday and Tuesday he came out and replaced parts and got them both fixed. They make it look so easy you'd think you can start your own garage door business, but I know my technician was just very experienced. If I had to sum up their service I would say prompt, knowledgeable, and reasonable. I'll call these guys every time from now on. Thank you!

our garage door spring broke. called jim on tuesday at 6, the door was repaired by 3:30 on thursday! he actually took the time to explain to us how the garage door works and how to keep up with. extremely impressed with his work!
