I have been to MANY spas in the Twin Cities area. I've found most are staffed with early 20 somethings with flawless skin who probably have never had a zit in their lives. These are not my people. Jayme is an expert at what she does. I found her about 6 months ago and have never looked back. Here are some things that may be helpful to figure out if she is right for you:
1. Location: Not the trendiest spot, but conveniently located off 94 in an office building where parking is never a concern. BFF is located right inside the front door. The space is large and where treatments are done is very comfortable and spa like. She has 2 golden retrievers (one puppy!) that are in the space. I thought that was weird at first, but the second treatment starts, they are invisible. They are also adorable. But if you don't like dogs or have an allergy, note this.
2. The services: I always get a 60 minute custom facial and leave feeling restored and rejuvenated. Jayme looks at your skin and treats your face accordingly with high quality products. The highlight of the session (for me) is the extractions. I don't know how she does it, but she goes to WORK and the next day my face glows.
3. The products/prices: She uses Dermalogica which are high quality products that I have had to buy several of myself because of the results. I don't know anywhere else in town where you can get this kind of personalized/customized treatment and results for $100.

Natalie is very professional, and always asks to make sure the amount of pressure used is comfortable. She is very knowledgeable and provides valuable insight from her many years of experience as an esthetician anytime I had questions. I don't know how many times I fell asleep during our sessions (yes, even micro needling) from how comfortable she made me. She has a small and cozy studio where you just feel very relaxed. “Ruth is kind and gentle, the salon space where she has her studio does a bad job with any sort of reception and communication with her on clients which I think is one of the main reasons these reviews are frustrated and negative. She was very apologetic to me when I waited for 15 minutes for the people at the salon to escort me to her studio... The receptionist at the salon just left me sitting there, didn't tell Ruth I was there and after I asked upset where I was suppose to go for my massage did they then notify Ruth that I was there. The massage was lovely and Ruth was waiting for me in her space the whole time. I would go back especially for the price and service, just make sure you ask where the massage studio is and go there directly instead of taking a seat waiting, you'll be waiting your whole massage period as the salon does nothing to assist her with appointments.“

“Larissa- you are so genuine and helpful. My face was the worst it’s ever been and she even took the time to meet with me before my facial a few days before my facial to offer products and guidance. She extremely intelligent and passionate about skincare and gave me the best facial experience I’ve had. Although it was just a facial, she provided the best arm massages with a healing touch. Ended with a little decompression of the spine by lifting my legs up. What!!? Not to mention- the Skin Script line that she uses is great and truly makes a instant difference! “The CBD massages with Lisa are my go to! She is friendly, listens to her customers and can apply the pressure you seek. I usually flex between the 60 and 90 minute sessions. The booking is super easy as a member using the mobile app and I always get a curtesy call a few days prior. There is a cancellation fee of 50% should you not cancel within 24-hours. The front desk staff is peppy and will guide you into the waiting area where you will be offered a drink and a hot towel if you feel inclined. Bonus - you do NOT have to be a member to book a session. When booking, non members get access to the entire club including child care classes, machines, weights, sauna, etc. Rating this a 4 simply because I feel like the waiting space could use a facelift such as some zen music, candles, or even a small water fall to add some serenity to the space.“

Great service, not pushy (I just wanted a basic pedicure) & their prices are better than any other spa around.
