Eric said, when providing his estimate, that he would manage the installation....and he certainly did. He spent the entire day it took to remove old and install new roofing. He recommended and installed Certain Teed Landmark ClimateFlex Class 4 shingles which resulted in a $100/month reduction in my home insurance with USAA. Our new roof ads a new value to our home.“

“Brandon provided excellent service after a hail storm resulted in damage to our roof. An initial inspection by our insurance company suggested that there was no damage. However, after Brandon arranged for a second inspection by First Choice and our insurer, Farmer's agreed that there was some significant damage and agreed to pay for replacement costs. Brandon stuck with us throughout the process, kept us up to date on decisions by our insurer, and ultimately brought an excellent crew to our home and replaced the roof on our home and garage. “I found a leak coming from my roof to my basement called MN Smart Homes on recommendation from others.
General Manager Aren was able to make it to my house same day and treated me with kindness and compassion as I was full of anxiety from the water coming into the house. They were able to quickly diagnose where the leak was coming from by using thermal cameras and able to do the repair while it was still raining and gave me tips for drying the damage.
They were respectful of my home taking their shoes off and always knocking before re-entering the home.
Aren walked me through where the damage had come in through and provided me pictures for the leaking vent cover on the roof.

I would absolutely use them again and will recommend them to anyone who asks !“

“Tim and Peter were wonderful and patient. This job was 3 years in the making not because of North Lake, because of my insurance company and their lack of cooperation. My job was very complex because of structural issues with my dormers on the roof. Tim coordinated with me, the structural engineer, and the insurance company. All the decking had to be removed and new decking put on. Tim’s team took apart my chimney because daylight was showing through and rebuilt it. The top beam on the dormers was broken and a new beam had to be inserted. The waiting took 3 years the actual job took a month. The city inspector and the structural engineer were very pleased with the finished results. I highly recommend North Lake Contracting.“
