Bear needed meds, I called the clinic, and they were ready right away. I brought him in just for a weight check ??...my boy is growing!! The 2 people at the clinic were very nice and treated Bear and myself like friends!
From Sharon at desk to rest, very friendly and extremely professional staff. Thank you so much for your immediate emergency care to our friends pup (fur baby) when my dog bit her in the eye when visiting at our home. I don't want to think about the permanent damage to this sweet baby could have had if you hadn't taken time and Dr Pete hadn't had the expertise to repair her eye lid and tear duct. Thank you !!
We cannot thank the staff at Lakes Veterinary and Surgical Center for the care they provided our dog, Scout, before and during her oral surgery earlier this week! Dr. Henderson was very thorough and listened to and addressed our concerns surrounding the day of surgery as Scout has been very sick multiple times in the past due to her IBD and we try everything to avoid disrupting her medication and food routine. Between Dr. Henderson and the scheduling staff, we were able to come up with a plan for surgery for Scout where she would be the first case of the day and leave sooner than usual as long as she was stable.
