Doug, the owner, was responsive when I called about installing a Flo by Moen leak detection system. He assured me that he had installed them before and would do the work personally. He also assured me that he would show me how to set up the Moen app on my phone which was a very important concern as I'm not tech savvy at all. Doug kept all his promises and did a terrific job of explaining the system, showing me how to work the phone app and was very patient with answering all my questions. I would gladly recommend Doug to anyone who is thinking of installing the Flo by Moen System.
