I explained what I wanted and she kept me part of the process by asking my opinion and explaining what she was going to do. I was even able to help choosing the exact color. Sandy is very personable. She made me feel comfortable and completely relaxed about my drastic change. When the foils came out and my hair was dry, it looked stunning. When I arrived, my nail specialist Kim was ready and waiting for me. She did a great job and helped me pick a pink base color for my French polish. I had a broken nail and she spent extra time repairing it before doing my polish. I was very happy with this service and will return when visiting in the future.
