Jon and Jessica are amazing to work with!!! My specific "case" was a loooooong, drawn out file- years. Off and on house looking over the last 5 years. I felt so bothersome, but they always assured me they are there for me, to help me through the process no matter how long it takes. Because this was my first home purchase, I had the "dumbest" questions, but Jon and Jessica would always so helpful and answered everything I came up with!
