We chose Hertaus Floors for purchase and installation of luxury vinyl plank in our basement (replacing carpet), and replacement carpet on our stairway. We are completely pleased with the entire process.
The sales people were personable and very knowledgeable, without any pressure to buy. The person measuring our house was punctual, quick, and answered several questions about how installation would work. The scheduler was very friendly, and was very accommodating both in helping answer additional questions I had and getting back to me quickly if I called and he was busy with a client.
