We chose Hertaus Floors for purchase and installation of luxury vinyl plank in our basement (replacing carpet), and replacement carpet on our stairway. We are completely pleased with the entire process.

The sales people were personable and very knowledgeable, without any pressure to buy. The person measuring our house was punctual, quick, and answered several questions about how installation would work. The scheduler was very friendly, and was very accommodating both in helping answer additional questions I had and getting back to me quickly if I called and he was busy with a client. I wanted to refresh my kitchen and was struggling with what to do without spending more than I could afford. I was researching related products and ideas on line and Hertaus came up as a vendor. We got in touch and within a few months, I had the kitchen of my dreams totally within my budget! The staff helped me pick new flooring for the entrance and kitchen, beautiful Cambria countertops, paint colors, backsplash tiles and lighting!
