“I saw Christa for a color (my first professional color ever). I felt like she understood what I was asking for and didn't mention it wouldn't be fully possible or achievable. The results weren't exactly what I wanted but I wanted to give it a couple days and a wash at home before saying anything. I took a photo (attached) of the root grow out just two days after the first color. It wasn't something I'd expect to see walking out of a salon.When I called back, they were eager to amend the situation and try to get me closer to my desired color, which I very much appreciated. “Load their app to check in online so you can see the wait list for each salon near and select the one that best fits your schedule. I purchase the black Friday gift card they start selling in November good at any of their locations nationwide. It saves a few bucks so I load one up with 8 because I like to get my haircut every 6 weeks. I take a picture of the barcode on the back and save it in an album on my phone marked gift cards. When I check out they scan the barcode on my phone just like the gate agent when you board a plane. You never have to worry about losing or keeping track of the gift cards again.“
