Emilee was so wonderful!! She navigated what I was looking for and anticipated what I needed effortlessly. She was also not shy to reach out to another stylist for insight on what might work better than what she was thinking. As a team Emilee and Austin found the best solution for what I was looking for an d we’re happy to reach out to another stylist for further insight since she had similar hair and situation. As usual Austin does such a fantastic job on my hair he knows exactly what I want and what I'm talking about and it's so much fun creating the next color or the next style for me. He goes the extra mile to make sure that the experience is enjoyable. And I love when things turn out great and we create together as I also love hair and color etc. and he would not let me leave until I was completely satisfied which was so great you don't see that much anymore in customer service.
And nothing to do with Austin whatsoever, however, I think the prices are getting a little crazy.
Other than that I am very happy with my hair!!!!
Austin and Maya are wonderful stylists. Austin is a senior stylist and so incredibly kind and talented. I’ve always been very nervous with haircuts as I have alopecia. Austin was very understanding - his own sister has alopecia too! I left feeling beautiful and refreshed.
Then my alopecia got worse for several months so I avoided hair salons since I was wearing a wig anyways. Well, my hair was finally at a point again that I could cut it, so I stopped in to get my bangs back (yay!) and Maya was available!
