I worked with Jeremy and David at College City Design-Build and I would give them TEN STARS if I could. We had awful experiences with other contractors and the city permit office for MONTHS, but Jeremy's team came in and saved the day. They were a delight to work with, communicating clearly and frequently. The project was largely on-time and on-budget. The quality of the work was A+ as well.

The project was a full basement remodel -
* coordinating with a concrete company to pour a new floor
* full bathroom remodel (moved a little from its previous location)

Jeremy made the process of doing a major remodel very easy and straightforward. Very happy with everything College City has done and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to remodel or renovate their home!
