“Amazing experience getting the Clean and Natural facial. The ambiance is relaxing and the service was incredible. I loved the Gua Sha massage. Grace is the best! She gave me recommendations for future facials based on my skin type. My only note is I wish they played relaxing music rather than trending songs. “I had to find a new stylist because mine moved away. I took a chance and made an appointment at Tangled Salon & Spa. Today was my first time there. My stylist was Serena. I was very nervous, especially because I have longer hair. I was first greeted by the very friendly and kind front desk gal. Then it was time to go back with Serena. I only needed to talk to her for a minute or two about the cut. Then I showed her a picture of the hair color (highlights & lowlights) that I had in mind. She only needed to see it for a few seconds. She knew. INSTANTLY her professional instincts kicked in and she just knew. I don't know how she did it within a few minutes of literally just meeting and chatting, but my hair turned out EXACTLY how I had hoped! I have absolutely NO complaints! I highly recommend Serena!! “The place to go if you're looking for an expert who will actually treat your problem skin.

I have been to MANY spas in the Twin Cities area. I've found most are staffed with early 20 somethings with flawless skin who probably have never had a zit in their lives. These are not my people. Jayme is an expert at what she does. I found her about 6 months ago and have never looked back. Here are some things that may be helpful to figure out if she is right for you:
1. Location: Not the trendiest spot, but conveniently located off 94 in an office building where parking is never a concern. BFF is located right inside the front door. The space is large and where treatments are done is very comfortable and spa like. She has 2 golden retrievers (one puppy!) that are in the space. I thought that was weird at first, but the second treatment starts, they are invisible. They are also adorable. But if you don't like dogs or have an allergy, note this.
2. The services: I always get a 60 minute custom facial and leave feeling restored and rejuvenated. Jayme looks at your skin and treats your face accordingly with high quality products. The highlight of the session (for me) is the extractions. I don't know how she does it, but she goes to WORK and the next day my face glows.
3. The products/prices: She uses Dermalogica which are high quality products that I have had to buy several of myself because of the results. I don't know anywhere else in town where you can get this kind of personalized/customized treatment and results for $100.

“Incredible experience 10+ Stars. Everything from the minute you walk in the door and are greeted by Lily at the front desk to the knowledgeable and detailed expertise of Maureen. I was suffering from horrible cystic hormonal acne. After several appointments elsewhere with doctors trying to have me start Accutane, I was beyond relieved when I met Maureen. Maureen's patience, empathy and passion is present in everything she does. She made me feel safe and at ease. I completed three of the Aviclear laser treatments and never looked back. Before for the nano blading process I had decent brows but they had thinned at the ends a bit and I got tired of trying a million different eyebrow gels/pencils and filling them in every day.
