I had the pleasure of working with Stew on our roof replacement. He went out of his way to drive to our home and sit down with us. He explained the whole process including his part in dealing with our insurance company. He was very responsive to my phone calls and emails and was a pleasure to work with!

Didn't really want to get a new roof but recent storms didn't give us much of a choice. Thankfully, JTR exists. Great guys and we're extremely pleased with the final product and their professionalism and knowledge throughout the entire process. The crew did wonderful work, looks amazing. And even though we're happy with everything they did for us, we're also thrilled that we won't have to do this for a long time to come (if ever again) thanks to the high quality material & labor. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to keep their head from getting wet in their homes when it's raining or snowing. A+.
