Mikie does a great job at anticipating what I need. She is necessary for me to get ready for the day. Also, she always asks if there’s a football NFL or college game on that I want to watch and she searches online to make sure I don’t miss any. She definitely goes the extra mile.
We have so many good things to say about our PT ZACK and our OT STACY. Zack helped with the pain leading up to a long awaited knee surgery among other joint problems for several months. Then came back after surgery. Both ZACK and STACY are so professional, creative, dependable and fun. They will meet you where you are at. They are experts at helping crabby people who do not feel good. By the time they leave, the body is loosened up and feeling better. We have achieved the goal and my husband will be calling them back when the other knee gets replaced. We also have JORDYN coming in to do housework as I had surgery as well. Zach from brightstar has been coming twice a week since January 2025 to my home for p.t. He is highly informative and I feel has really helped me. My upper body strength has improved and I transfer and stand without any problems. I hope to continue his instructions and be able to walk with a walker exclusively by summers end. His personality is always pleasant and he motivates without nagging. He always listens to how I feel as I have several health issues. He knows I have to limit my daily regimein according to my energy and aches and pains. I would highly recommend him to others.
