Ben was outstanding and our carpets look great! He provided fantastic service, excellent communication, was prompt, and very detailed in his work. What I appreciated most was that he listened to our concerns about possible allergies and then provided options that worked great. The cost was very reasonable and I would highly recommend Ben and C & R Chem-Dry!

We are so happy to use Chem-Dry! Ben is absolutely a professional, and very kind man also! He treated the spots that we were concerned about and did a great job. He is polite, considerate, cleans up after he finishes and follows up. Our carpet smelled so fresh too! No chemical smells, just fresh and clean. We highly recommend him!
