When purchasing sod at River City Lawnscape recently, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service of the employees there. I was loading sod when a landscape vehicle pulled over next to my truck and said we’ve got this sir and began loading the sod for me. I started loading the sod as well and they said we’ll take care of it. His name was Gilbert and he and his partner did a great job. Upon returning to pickup more sod, a young lad named Michael did the exact same thing. Thank you guys, you were a great help and reflect well on your company.

We contacted Tom Deml regarding our desire to make some significant changes to our whole yard. He made a thorough site visit and made many excellent suggestions. Some we modified and Tom developed a comprehensive site plan. We made a few changes which were discussed and implemented. When the site crew showed to complete the work, they proceeded with care and skill to complete all the work as planned. We're very happy with our upgrade and have received numerous compliments on our new look. Drew, Tom Deml and RCL field installers, Gilbert, Eddie and Chewy are to be commended for their skill, hard work and friendly/respectful demeaner as they executed the upgrade.... read full review

Haley helped us in the garden center and was very helpful. We went to buy one tree but ended up with an extra 7 shrubs which are flourishing:)! We may be going back for more! Thank you Haley!
