We had Preferred Heating & Cooling come clean our duct work before we moved into our home — old farmhouse that was built in 1890 (last minute decision on our part). Our AC unit was also acting up while they were there & they checked/ cleaned that out for us as well. They were more than accommodating, efficient & professional! Highly, highly recommend them! Our Central Air went out during Memorial Day weekend. I sent an email to Preferred and asked they get back to me about making an appointment to have our unit looked at. Tuesday morning at 8am on the nose, they called and before 8:30, Andrew was ringing our doorbell! He was gone by 9 with a replacement capacitor installed and the refrigerant topped off. I cannot express how happy and impressed I was with their level of service. When it’s time to replace our outside unit, Preferred will be our first choice!
