“Had him do some rough in work in my new house and he was great. Had him out several years ago for a clogged drain in my old house and he was quick and the price was reasonable. Great guy too work with.“

“He showed up on time. He doesnt talk much but maybe he was having a bad day, I get that way too when I'm crabby. The floor drain was clogged and he did unclog it when some sort of air hose. Im glad the drain is unclogged but from past experience in a previous home I expected the drain to be inspected with what's called a snake to see what caused the clog and see if it can be prevented in the future.So 20 minutes after showing up he came upstairs and handed us a bill for 300 dollars. I expected the job to be expensive but as I stated early I had the same problem before when I lived in the twin cities and that bill was 230 dollars for an hour of snaking my drain with a bladed hose preventing future clogs.So in conclusion the drain was unclogged but I was left feeling disappointed with the experience. I will most likely give someone else a shot when this drain eventually clogs again.In this companies defense they did exactly what I asked of them. I need to ask more questions next time before hiring to ensure both myself and who I hire are on the same page as too what needs to be accomplished.Service: Drain unblocking“
