Mike has been amazing with his follow-up customer service. His crew put on my roof about ten years ago. Since then I have had to call him twice for issues, not related to the material or installation. The latest was a storm had curled up some shingles and I was fearful that it would have to be completely replaced, but he responded within a day to nail down the loose tabs and caulk in an existing valley spot and he never even charged me!

Everything about this company is professional and honest. I was a little apprehensive about trusting a new contractor but Mike put me completely at ease and always told me the truth. I came across him when he visited my house to let me know my roof was damaged and CertainTeed had a lawsuit out over it. He helped me fill out the paperwork (free of charge) and told me where to send it in. Two weeks later I had a check in hand! If you looking for an honest contractor who doesn't make promises they won't keep go with this guy!
