Jon and his team came out to the house within a few hours when I called him with our furnace leak! Even replaced the furnace SAME day! Pretty scary situation with the CO leak we had. Incredible job. Fair and honest pricing and an excellent communicator.
When we started having issues with our water heater, we knew to call All Directions Heating & Cooling LLC because they are a sponsor on the back of my sons baseball jersey (I love when small business's give back to their community!) Jon answered right away and was there within the day to check it out. He gave us a few options but we opted to buy a new one. He had Luke (who was very kind and courteous) out the NEXT DAY installing our new water heater. We highly recommend this company! Thanks again, Jon!
