“I went to see Renee at Shift because I had just started dancing after being fairly inactive for years and I wanted to prevent injuries. She helped me to identify the underlying issues that lead to my injuries typically and created a plan for me to follow to strengthen those weak areas - and so far I've been dancing without injury! I've also been able to do a number of everyday things without the aches and pains that I was used to experiencing. I appreciated Renee's approach so much - she listened and HEARD me, and the plan she developed with me was very personalized and she was great at explaining further and helping me change/adapt as needed. She was very supportive when I brought in my own cards and helped me make notes that would make sense to me later on. It felt like a partnership all the way through. Overall, my experience with Shift PT and Renee was very empowering. I better understand what my body needs to feel good and know that if I have questions, I can ask and get real support.
